Growing up...

A year ago, we took a four-week-old Isaac to the Alzheimer's Walk. We went again today and I can't believe how much things have changed. This time, instead of sleeping the whole way, he was happily walking around Pioneer Courthouse Square at the end. Crazy.

Taking it to the streets

Isaac is walking out of doors now. We can't believe how quickly he has gone from a few steps to trucking down the sidewalk. Keep an eye out for him - he is the one that walks a bit like Charlie Chaplin.

Also, if you are driving down the street in a truck or anything resembling a truck, you might see Isaac waving to you - possibly double waving to you if you are lucky.

Misc

I just realized that it has been a while since we have posted. Here are a few recent pictures that I love. Isaac continues to keep us busy - he has moved beyond his first tentative steps to walking with more intention now. No need to clear the way though, his max is about 8 steps at once, but he seems to prefer trying to walk vs crawling at this point. He also is fascinated with trucks and buses. I think his favorite day is Wednesday when he can watch the garbage and recycling trucks from the front window. Also, his favorite words of late are "cracker", "keys", "that" and (no surprise) "truck".
