Birthday Boy

To start his birthday off right, Isaac did a little yoga this morning. He is very partial to downward dog.

After all that hard work, he ended his day with a huge cupcake in the park. Just like his parents, he is already over-thinking his birthday wish. Happy birthday, sweet boy!

Isaac has been busy experiencing some firsts...

Isaac is back to normal and his latest conquest was to mount the staircase (his version of Everest). Here he is at the summit, proud as a peacock.

This probably was the exact moment...

that Isaac contracted Herpangina off that damn yellow block at OMSI. For those of you who haven't had the displeasure of caring for a child with Herpangina, it is a wicked little virus that causes blisters on the back of the throat and a high fever. Needless to say, Isaac will be wearing a hermetically sealed suit next time we venture out to OMSI.
